Gazprom Produces at Max

Russia’s Gazprom kept producing natural gas at maximum capacity in February, despite a sharp drop in exports and lower demand at home. Last year it relied heavily on supplying gas from European storage while now it has to cover even the eroded demand with new production, as it did not build up big reserves ahead of the winter.
