Russian refneries cut runs by 11pc in March

Russian refneries decreased crude and condensate throughput by 11pc in March from February, to around 5.17mn b/d, accord- ing to market participants. A decline in demand for exports, with some buyers reluctant to take Russian oil products, coincided with the start of seasonal maintenance at some refneries.
