The October 2022 import total, at 36,446 tons, was just about right on the license number from last month. November licenses were up a bit to 38,658 tons. That volume represents the recent upper range. These are mostly distribution purchases. The December forecast, with 8 of 21 days included, remains on the high side of the recent range at 40,971 tons. Each of the last three months these forecast numbers drop just a bit as we head into year-end.
