Provisional register extended until January 2022

Provisional registration will be extended until January 2022, the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) has announced. The register, which was originally due to close in July 2021 (/article/news/all-provisionally-registered-trainees-must-be-risk-assessed-before-starting-work-regulator-says) , will be extended to allow preregistration trainees from the 2020–2021 cohort to apply to join the provisional register, subject to completion of their training.
