Anew action group uniting passengers frustrated at Stagecoach South West missing services has reached nearly 1,000 members in two weeks whilst the RMT union declares a breakdown in industrial relations. The Exeter Area Bus Action Group (TEABAG) was set up by bus user Sharon Pavey, who said: "This is an ACTION group - for those of us who are unhappy to come together and find positive solutions to this problem for our communities." Stagecoach told Devon Live it continues to run over 90 of normal services but as with other organisations it was impacted by the pandemic, though the situation is improving as drivers return from self-isolation. It says it works hard connecting communities and updating them but the issue of car congestion must be tackled by local authorities with more bus prioritisation.
