Klippel-Trenaunay and Parkes-Weber syndromes are two differentials of congenital limb overgrowth syndromes. The clinical presentation of both the syndromes is similar in the form of limb overgrowth, pain, edema, or ulcers on the leg. Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome consists of capillary, venous, and lymphatic malformations, whereas Parkes-Weber syndrome has arteriovenous fistulas in addition to similar malformations. We present case reports of two patients with a non-healing ulcer on the leg, however, with different underlying etiologies.
