Bavelloni SPA, GMM sign partner agreement

The Consilium SGR private equityfund and Bavelloni SpA signed an agreement in January whereby GMM acquired 52 of Bavelloni's shares. With this association, the two companies have become one of the world's largest groups in the stone material and glass processing industry with revenue of over $100 million.
