September 2021 imports were 521,811 tons which is just above the license total published last month. October licenses show a big drop to 340,275 tons. After 11 of 21 days, the linear forecast for November is back up to 500,244 total tons. November is usually a front-loaded month due to the holiday. However, with the back up at ports, this could be an accurate forecast.
