Abdominoscrotal hydrocele (ASH) is an uncommon entity and still rarer is associated with testicular malignancy. We report a case of a 41-year-old man presenting with large left scrotal swelling and hypogastric lump, who was diagnosed as ASH with testicular tumor, for which high inguinal orchiectomy and complete excision of the hydrocele sac was performed. Though scarcely associated with ASH, for suspected malignancy, adequate evaluation is important for proper treatment.
