Our focus is on ingredients in this issue, as we plan to attend Food Ingredients Europe in Paris in December. See page 17 for our preview of what the exhibition, conference and awards has to offer the visitors. It promises to be a treat for all attendees and Samantha Bull and I look forward to seeing you there. It has been a busy autumn for shows. The International Dairy Federation's World Dairy Summit was held recently in the home of the world's largest milk producer, India. As this giant country's drive to streamline its dairy production progresses, it is exciting to see where it will go next, while keeping an eye on sustainability. See our report on page 22.
