September seamless imports disappointed as we predicted last month, and it appears, based on licenses, that another month of light seamless imports is on the way in October. This has been a sector where we have seen little, if any, recovery based on stronger economic conditions. The move to renewables has activity paralyzed as utilities try to sort out the best moves. Now that the infrastructure bill is passed and signed, we hope to see some direction in this sector.
