February 2022 imports were 13,807 tons which was above the license number from last month. March licenses are up again at 15,595 tons. The April forecast, with 12 of 21 days counted, suggests 20,413 tons. In an import-dominant market these higher levels are a good sign. This April forecast is the second month in a row with volumes very high. We don't seem to quite get to those levels, but volumes are growing.
