The EU embargo on Russian oil which comes into force on Dec. 5 will not impact the level of production and exports in December, says Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak, although the outlook for January looks uncertain. "As for December sales and contracts, they were concluded at the end of October, the beginning of November, that is why we don't expect any changes, the contracts are being implemented," he told journalists in Samarkand Friday. He is a member of the government's delegation visiting Uzbekistan.
