Borosil Renewables acquires Interf loat Group

The Borosil Renewables Group has acquired 86 of Interfloat Group,which manufactures solar glass in Europe.The transaction was successfully completed by Geosphere Glassworks GmbH and Laxman AG,two wholly owned overseas subsidiaries of the company.Interfloat is based in Germany and Liechtenstein.The company is comprised of GMB Glasmanufaktur Brandenburg GmbH,which has a 300-tonne-per-day(TPD)production facility.Interfloat and GMB have now become step-down subsidiaries of Borosil.By acquiring this company,Borosil Renewables has now increased its capacity to manufacture solar glass in India and Europe to 750tonnes perday,which will enable a more efficient supply chain for customers in the European market.Additionally,this acquisition will accelerate the development of new products and technologies for customers.
