The US Department of Energy (DOE) is considering how its lending arm can support demandmarkets for clean hydrogen to help bring more fi nancial certainty to projects and move them towardfi nal investment decisions. The DOE’s Offi ce of Clean Energy Demonstrations has drafted a request for information to getmore feedback from market players about how to create more predictable price points forhydrogen, Jigar Shah, director of the agency’s Loan Programs Offi ce (LPO), told the WorldHydrogen North America conference in Houston on Wednesday.
