The sad demise of Yellow Buses, which Mark Lyons analyses on p38, spoilt what should have been an occasion of untainted celebration, the 120th anniversary of Bournemouth Corporation's first electric trams. Its privatised successor commemorated this landmark with a montage of 35 archive photographs of trams, trolleybuses and buses, which it appended to fold-out timetables, a wall display in its reception area and the back of a Wright Gemini 3-bodied Volvo B5TL.
