Sulzer to spin off Applicator Systems

Sulzer is planning to spin off its Applicator Systems (APS) division through a separate stock market listing on the Swiss Exchange. APS, which will be renamed Medmix, specialises in high-precision delivery devices for healthcare, consumer and industrial markets. After the spin-off, Sulzer will be a pure play flow control company focused on pumps equipment, rotating equipment services and separation technology for water, energy, chemical and industrial infrastructure.
