Arcelor Mittal has announced, on July 28, an agreement to buy out its partner in Spanish steel tube producing Condesa Tubos. Previously AM had a 33 stake in the company that specializes in steel tubes and shaped soldered steel. There are 4 manufacturing locations in Spain and Germany.
