July 2021 imports were 384,285 tons which was just above the license total published last month. August licenses show an increase to 414,239 tons. After 8 of 21 days, the linear forecast for September is way up at 679,161 total tons. July and August saw a slight moderation in the speed of the upward trend. The September forecast is very early and we expect the license pace to moderate.
