For a T-1 space X, Zhao and Xi constructed a dcpo model D(X). Based on their Xi-Zhao model, we obtain the following results: (1) X is weak well-filtered if and only if D(X) is weak well-filtered; (2) D(X) is open well-filtered; (3) D(X) is core-compact iff it is locally compact iff it is a quasicontinuous dcpo. (4) If D(X) is coherent, then X has a base of compact and open sets. If every subset of X is compact, then D(X) is coherent.
