McGill Smith Punshon Inc. designed Pitt Ohio LLC's trucking facility in Parma, Ohio, with five metal building systems, metal roofs and metal walls. Additionally, solar panels and eight wind turbines were added to contribute to the building's net zero status. The project is LEED Gold certified. The 95,765-square-foot building houses a trucking terminal, mechanic shop, office and warehouse. It has below and at eave canopies, and mezzanines. C. Tucker Cope and Associates Inc. erected the metal building systems, which were supplied by American Buildings.
