The EU is nearing a deal to cap the price of Russian oil exports at $60, although some countries including Poland are digging in their heels to secure a lower price. EU diplomats conormed to Energy Intelligence that the bloc had proposed a cap of $60 per barrel and was waiting for a response from Poland and potentially one or two other Baltic states.
