Reflecting on my first year as Editor-in-Chief at Journal of Oncology Practice-now JCO Oncology Practice-I note that value has become our top priority: providing value to our busy clinician and administrator audiences with clinical reviews on complex topics and key original and policy articles that can inform improved care quality and care delivery. We aim to provide value to researchers publishing on the science of care delivery and quality improvement, both in the United States and internationally, when results have applicability to our practicing audience. We also provide health policy and science of practice research to help practices transform to value-based care delivery models. This is only done with an incredible team of publishing professionals at ASCO, Harborside, and J&J Editorial, and our team of Associate Editors Monika Krzyzanowska, Jeff Ward, Sandra Wong, and Arif Kamal, recently joined by Pelin Cenarand Kathleen Bickel, who along with our clinical team led by Deputy Editor James Armitage and Associate Editors Apar Ganti and Sagar Lonial, work tirelessly on nights and weekends to oversee development of high-quality, high-value articles. And none of us could produce this journal without the near daily professional expertise of Managing Editors Kelly Brooks and Sarah McGullam, with editorial assistance from Kerri Hughes and support from our Director of Editorial Publishing, Ken Kornfield, and ASCO Vice President and Publisher David Sampson. I'd like to highlight a few key features of 2019 and some changes for 2020 as we work to be of greatest value to you, our readers.
