Braskem develops world's first renewable-sourced polyethylene wax

Braskem recently launched the world's first polyethylene (PE) wax from a renewable source, intended for the production of adhesives, cosmetics, paints and compounds used in the transformation of thermoplastic resins. Produced from sugarcane ethanol, the new solution offers a smaller CO_2 footprint, is recyclable and has a multimarket application.
