L&T Infotech Ltd. has appointed Tech Mahindra Ltd.'s Anil Rander as its chief financial officer, the Larsen & Toubro Group company said. Rander served as the senior vice president for finance and legal functions, and global head of finance for business process services (BPS), at the Pune-headquartered IT firm. "The role of CFO is evolving rapidly, and I am pleased to welcome Anil to our leadership team at this critical juncture in our journey," Sanjay Jalona, chief executive officer and managing director at L&T Infotech, said. "His (Rander's) financial leadership and business acumen will enable us to chart the next phase of growth. We remain committed to pushing industry benchmarks on business excellence."
