Moscow—Russian state-owned pipeline operator Transneft said it expects transit of Kazakh oil via its network to return to normal Jan. 12, after loading was disrupted by power cuts caused by cold weather. “Yesterday at 16:58 Moscow time [13:58 GMT] loading of oil from Kazakhstan began. As stations were connected during the night and this morning, operations gradually increased. Today a return to normal operations is planned,” Transneft said.
