US pipe and tube mills operated at 42.0% of capacity in June based upon preliminary shipment data. This is a decrease of 0.5 percentage points from the May rate once adjusted for final US domestic shipments. In June last year, the average operating rate was 38.7%. These figures encompass all US mills.
