AAK announced Rini Roy has joined the company as product manager. She is responsible for product strategy and launches, and working with various internal and external stakeholders on long-term strategic planning. Previously, Roy served as global product manager for Galata Chemicals and prior to this, was a senior product manager at Nikita Bio Agro Pvt. Ltd. AAK is a producer of specialty vegetable oils and fats based in Malmo, Sweden. Nellson announced Francis Rinfret has been promoted to vice president of operations at the Anjou, Canada, bar division. In his position, he will oversee all manufacturing activities, as well as retain his responsibilities as client liaison fostering customer relationships. Rinfret has more than 15 years of food industry experience in business planning, client interface and supply chain management.
