April imports totaled 60,792 tons, more than 12,000 below the projected license total for the second consecutive month. May 2023 licenses were 77,204 tons, more than 15,000 tons above the year-to-date monthly average. Licenses for 8 of 22 business days in June, generate a linear forecast of 79,146 tons continuing the growth trends of recent monthly volumes.
