Described is a connection system between a stator and a drive PCB (Printed Circuit Board) in an electrical motor. Due to vibrations during motor drive, it is essential to keep an amount of flexibility in the electrical connection between the stator and PCB in order to not damage the PCB and the connection elements. The connection between the PCB and the connection element must be stiff and with a low mass to not cause problems. At the same time, it is not allowed to build in pull or push tension via the wires and connectors originating from offset in the mechanical positioning of the stator and PCB in the motor housing.
