CANCUN, Mexico (ICIS)--Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) prices in Brazil are under pressure from imports after the government's reduction of PVC import tariffs and anti-dumping duties (ADDs) on PVC from the US and Mexico. The reduction in PVC import tariffs from 11.2% to 4.4% in August, combined with the reduction in antidumping duties on US suspension-grade PVC from 16% to 8.2% in September, increased trade flows between the two countries, further pressuring local prices.
