April shipments dipped back to recent levels after the March surge of activity. While much of the March shipment growth came from imports, domestic mills benefitted too. Given today’s pricing themes and little cohesive news out of the Biden administration in terms of energy direction, we expect shipments to more or less remain at the April license level with the occasional March-like bump.
