Pipe and Tube Shipments

Preliminary pipe & tube shipments through February 2022 were 2.1m tons which represents an increase of 350k tons or about 20.0% over the same period last year. In contrast to the comparable period in 2021, energy product shipments in 2022 are higher by about 50.0% or 290k tons on much stronger OCTG shipments and weaker line pipe shipments. Construction and manufacturing product shipments are 70k tons, or 6.0%, higher.
