Im Oktoberheft untersuchen wir das neue Wiener kooperative Planungsverfahren am Beispiel des Sonnwendviertels Ost. Hier werden neue Bautypen mit innovativem Funktionsmix erprobt. Beispielsweise die sogenannten Quartiersh?user, die rund um Themen wie Musikproduktion, grüne Markthallen und andere entspannte Aktivit?ten entwickelt wurden. Entspanntem Lernen und Genie?en sind auch zwei weitere Projekte gewidmet: Ein Unicampus in Linz und ein Weingut in Südm?hren. In the October issue we examine the new Viennese cooperative planning procedure, using the Sonnwendviertel Ost as an example. Here new building types that present an innovative mix of functions are tested. For example, what are called Quartierh?user (lit. district houses), which were developed around themes such as music production, "green" market halls and other relaxed activities. Two further projects are devoted to relaxed learning and enjoyment: a university campus in Linz and a winery in southern Moravia.
