Application of high-frequency oscillation ventilation combined with volume guarantee in infants with acute hypoxic respiratory failure after congenital heart surgery

Objective This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of high-frequency oscillation ventilation combined with volume guarantee (HFOV-VG) compared with the safety and efficacy of HFOV alone in infants with acute hypoxemic respiratory failure (AHRF) after congenital heart surgery.
