Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) can metastasize to distant places, and although it can metastasize to potentially any organ, gastrointestinal tract involvement is exceedingly rare. The duodenum in the gastrointestinal tract is an even more uncommon site of RCC metastasis, which makes it challenging to diagnose duodenal metastasis as a cause of gastrointestinal bleeding. Only a few cases of duodenal metastasis have been reported in the literature. Here, we report one of those unusual cases of RCC metastasis to the duodenum masked as gastrointestinal bleeding.
