What started as an interest in mushrooms has, well, mushroomed into operating a mushroom business. Located in northern Colorado, in Fort Collins, Hazel Dell Mushrooms has been growing organic specialty mushrooms for the Southern Rocky Mountain area and beyond since 1997. Owned and operated by Jared Scherger and Lucinda Womack, the farm services a host of restaurants, farmers markets, and retailers, offers fresh-from-the-farm pick up services, dried mushrooms, and more.
