摘要

Monitoring the parameters,including cement density,pressure and slurry quantity is crucial to cementing operation.Based on the analysis of the needs for wireless cementing parameters monitoring network,a network topology fitting for cementing parameters monitoring was designed.ASTAR network structure,which consists of end device nodes,router nodes and a coordinator node,are constructed.The network hardware platform was built up with CC2530 chip as its core device and the relevant software were designed.This ZigBee network for cementing parameters monitoring makes up the deficiency of existing wired monitoring methods,which are needed for complex devices,a lot of cabling and can't display all the parameters together,and provides a new method for cementing parameters monitoring.Some tests inDaGang oilfield,were conducted,showing the transmission was reliable and all devices works well.
