摘要

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating role of green values on the relationship be- tween environmental passion and environmentally friendly behaviors. This was achieved by evaluating the findings obtained in Adana, Turkey, through asurvey conducted with 354 teachers from different branches ofthe profession. The data was analyzed by the SPSS package program, and AMOS and IBM SPSS Process Macro software. The results obtained demonstrated that environmental passion is posi- tively related to environmentally friendly behaviors and green values. Additionally, it was identified that green values are also positively related to environ- mentally friendly behaviors and have a mediating role on the relationship between teachers' environ- mental passion and environmentally friendly behav- iors. It was determined that teachers' perceptions re- lated to environmental passion, environmentally friendly behaviors and green values did not show significant differences in terms of gender, age groups, branch groups or teaching position.
