摘要

Fusarium wilt (Fusarium oxysporum) is one of the most important diseases of cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) causing huge economic loss. Various systemic, non-systemic and combination of fungicides were evaluated against the pathogen under in vitro conditions using poisoned food technique and under field conditions as well. Under in vitro conditions, carbendazim was found most effective against the pathogen with 100% mycelial growth inhibition followed by hexaconazole with 90.77% mycelial growth inhibition whereas, captan and mancozeb were least effective with 32.83% and 55.3% mycelial growth inhibition, respectively. Under field conditions, carbendazim was found most effective with 92.02% disease control followed by hexaconazole and trifloxystrobin+tebuconazole with 91.28 and 91.15 per cent disease control, respectively. Carbendazim treated plots recorded highest yield of 500 q/ha.
