Recent development of wind turbine systems

摘要

This paper describes recent development of wind turbine systems from the view point of power conditioning requirement. The equipment are variable-speed converterm static var compensator (SVC), and output stabilizer. Otherwise, the hybrid-power system using wind turbines, baterries, and existing power generating systems for a small island is described about system configuration, system operation for suitable power quality.
