Elessent Clean Technologies Purchases DuPont's Clean Technologies Business

Chesterfield— Elessent Clean Technologies,a private equity consortium,has finalized the acquisition of the clean technologies business of DuPont for an undisclosed amount.The consortium,consisting of BroadPeak Global,Asia Green Fund and the Saudi Arabian Industrial Investments Co.,has named the new,independent company Elessent Clean Technologies.
