Severely Osteitic Uncinate Process: Prominent Feature

A 40-year-old man with a 20-year history of chronic nasalobstruction, bilateral mucopurulent rhinorrhea, and headachewas referred to our hospital. He was treated with antibiotics andanalgesics but his symptoms persisted. He reported no historyof underlying systemic disease or trauma. He had undergoneright sinus surgery at a private clinic 2 years before. He saidthat the left side bled during surgery and could not do itanymore.
