According to the analysis of microcosmic character and porosity,we discuss the reservoir characteristics and their controlling factors of Putaohua reservoir in Block Xu 30.The study shows that the overall physical property is good and belongs to medium porosity and medium permeability reservoir.The correlation coefficient of porosity and permeability is higher.Mercury intrusion data indicates that pore texture is well graded and skewed.The reservoir is greatly influenced by microfacies and the physical property of channel deposit is the best.As major reservoirs,PI3、PI4、PI52 and PI61 have better physical properties.
