One-step water-based PUD for metal coatings

Cleveland, Ohio - Lubrizol Performance Coatings has developed a water-based self-cross-linking polyurethane-polyamide product for direct-to-metal coatings. Aptalon M8120 Polyurethane Dispersion has 5B ad-hesion to substrates according to ASTMD 3359 Method B. This means that no paint is removed during the test. It resists salt spray, and is abrasion resistant.
