A genus of Euphorinae (Hymenoptera, Braconidae) new for Europe, with the description of a new species from the Netherlands

The East Palaearctic and Northeast Oriental genus Ussuraridelus Tobias & Belokobylskij, 1981 is reported for the first time from Europe and is elevated from synonymy with the Nearctic genus Holdawayella Loan, 1967. A new species from the Netherlands is described and illustrated: Ussuraridelus europaeus sp. nov. The Northeast Oriental Ussuraridelus yaoae Chen & Van Achterberg, 1997, is re-instated. A key to the species of the genus Ussuraridelus is added.
