摘要

In this study, we reported a Cr effect as an interlayer on the mechanical properties and interfacial morphologies between Mo-14Re and 316L stainless steel for a steady solid-state bonding. The maximum tensile strength of the joint is 318 MPa at 1100 degrees C welding temperature, while all samples present a brittle fracture. In typical joints, fractures are along the Mo-14Re/Cr interface, and the domain fracture is Mo-Cr solid morphology. At a higher welding temperature, the interdiffusion of atoms become more sufficient, leading to a change in the lattice structure of solid solution that affect the mechanical properties of the bonded joints.
