Russia’s crude oil and gas condensate production growth has slowed and output is behind its quotas under the Opec-plus deal, data from the energy ministry shows. According to the ofcial early statistics from the energy ministry’s TsDU Tek central dispatch unit, Russian crude and condensate production in January stood at 46.528 million metric tons, or 10.987 million barrels per day, a 0.65% increase from December.
