Morenot owner Hampidjan lists on Icelandic NasdaqIn May, Icelandic company Hampidjan - which acquired Norwegian net supplier and cleaner Morenot Last year-Listed on Iceland's Nasdaq market and issued 85,000,000 new shares, equal to 13.37 of total shares following the share capital increase. Its shareshad previously traded on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Iceland.CEO Hjortur Erlendsson rang the market's bell to start the company's first day of trading. He said: "Hampidjan has grown significantly in the past decade and revenues have multiplied in the period through acquisitions and internal growth... the offeringand acquisition of Morenot will strengthen Hampidjan's position significantly and create opportunities for further growth in the company's main markets."
