This invention presents a system for arranging, controlling, and accessing cargo within a pick-up truck bed. The system consists of a frame (1) on rollers (2), or similar, enabling it to slide fore and aft within the truck bed. The frame includes a pulling cross bar (3) and a pushing cross bar (4) which abut with the fore and aft boundaries, respectively, of one or more cargo elements (5). When the frame is translated, using handles (6), the cargo elements are also translated from their starting position (7) to their translated position (8), thereby enabling easier access. The frame is configured such that the vertical degree of freedom of the cargo elements is not restricted, enabling the elements to be removed and their weight to be supported by the truck bed. Further, the arrangement of the cargo elements is configurable to different arrangements with different numbers of elements. The cargo elements may be of any type, such as a bin or toolbox. Lastly, the frame assembly (9) is freestanding and can be removed from the truck bed.
